This blood test includes panels covered in Basic Health Check, plus you will be tested for your Bone Health, including Vitamin D, Diabetes health, urinalysis, and ferritin.

A ferritin blood test is performed to measure the body’s iron stores. It helps diagnose iron deficiency or iron overload conditions.

How to prepare for the blood test appointment?

You can ideally have this test done in the morning after fasting overnight or for 8-12 hours.

• Drink plenty of water 24 hours before your appointment. This will make the blood drawing process easier.
• Avoid alcohol 1-2 days before the test.
• Avoid strenuous exercise before the test.
• Wear loose and comfortable clothing to allow easy access to both arms and hands

It generally takes 2- 3 business days to process and release your test results. However, processing times may vary.
