How to prepare for the test appointment?
- Â Â Â Avoid caffeine, alcohol and tobacco use up to 2 days of urine collection
- Â Â Â Avoid citrus fruits up to 3 days before urine collection
- Â Â Â Avoid strenuous workouts before urine collection
- Â Â Â Drink enough fluids to provide adequate samples for urine test (Please note too much dilute urine or concentrated urine can give false results).Â

It generally takes 2- 3 business days to process and release your test results. However, processing times may vary.Â
