The Cancellation Policy for SANA HEALTH DIAGNOSTIC Clinic requires payment in advance of the full amount online to confirm your commitment to attending the appointment.

This policy is designed to ensure that appointments are taken seriously and to minimize disruptions to the clinic’s schedule caused by last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

If you wish to cancel your appointment and ask for refund, please send us an email to [email protected]

If you cancel your appointment at least 48 hours before the scheduled time, you will be reimbursed the full payment within 7 days.
If you cancel less than 48 hours, but more than 24 hours before your session, you will be responsible for a €50 cancellation fee, with the remaining balance refunded within a 7-days.Â

If you do not attend your appointment, or fail to cancel by email to hello@sana-diagnostic.com prior 24 hours , refunds can not be provided.
