How to prepare for the blood test appointment?
You don’t need any special preparation for this blood test. Perhaps we advise you to:
-  Drink plenty of water 24 hours before your appointment. This will make the blood drawing process easier.
- Â Stop eating for several hours or overnight before the test.
- Avoid alcohol 1-2 days before the test.
- Â Avoid strenuous exercise before the test.
- Wear loose and comfortable clothing to allow easy access to both arms and hands.
